Your use of the www.yourhostpage.com web site and/or purchase of any products or services from it, however ordered, means that you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as detailed below.
The site is owned and operated by Your Host Page, also referred to and trading as YHP, and all contracts and agreements for purchases made through the website are with Your Host Page.
Your Host Page reserves the right to cancel any sale or not supply products under reasonable circumstances and may change or discontinue the availability of products at its sole discretion. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Pricing Policy
All prices are in Pounds Sterling.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and details on the site mistakes can sometimes occur.
In the event of an error in price or description:
1. We will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details
you supply us with.
2. We will give you the option of canceling your order - in the event that
we do not receive a reply from you within 24hrs we will treat the order as
cancelled.
3. Any payment made to Your Host Page relating to the cancellation
of an order in the above circumstances will be refunded in full.
Order Acceptance and Availability
Your order for any product or service offered on this site confirms your complete agreement, understanding and acceptance that you will buy it for the price stated, subject to all terms and conditions as set out by Your Host Page.
When you place an order with Your Host Page. you will be sent an automatic email to confirm receipt and details of that order. Although we send you an automatic order email it does not confirm to you that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent you the automatic order email we will then process your order and contact you with an order acceptance email. If the product/s is/are available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance of your order by Your Host Page.
If part or all of your order is not available we will let you know by email giving you the option to amend or cancel your order. Any payment made to Your Host Page relating to the cancellation of an order (or part of an order) in the above circumstances will be refunded.
In other words, whilst every effort is made to ensure that www.yourhostpage.com is current and up to date and that our suppliers do not let us down we cannot guarantee the availability of a particular product. All products are available whilst stocks last on a first come first served basis and if a product that you have ordered is not available we will let you know as soon as is reasonably possible. You can then choose to cancel or amend that order and we will refund or adjust any monies you have paid or are due to pay.
